Tvad instead of being cynical of every TRL thread my
recommendation is to first hand try the M-225's in your own system and
them post a review here on Audiogon.

First, my post was an observation as I see it. Your view of it as cynical is your
perception.
Two TRL owners (maybe three) have posted in this thread, and nothing new
has been offered that hasn't been stated in other threads, so my observation
seems to be on the mark thus far.
Posts in other threads have stated that in-home trials are not offered by TRL,
so I have never pursued it.
I will do as you suggest if the amps are available with a return privilege. If I
am able to try them, I will post as fair and balanced a critique as I am
able. I presently own what I believe to be amps that are an ideal match for my
speakers. Through owning and auditioning five pairs of amps, it has become
clear that my speakers respond best to amps that the double power as
impedance is halved. Do the M-225 double power as impedance is halved?
My understanding is they do not.
