China's Emotiva buying the Bob Carver LLC?

Fact or rumor on AA.

A possibility Carver Tube Amplifiers may become somewhat rare or even collectible not unlike the CBS purchase of Fender back in the seventies.

Emotiva, a pox on the American audio industry. All of you Emotiva users wallowing in the idea of "high end audio" from cheap offshore manufactured polluting goods ARGO ____ ________.

Emotiva has said that the Carver amps will be built in TN.

Their SS amps are built to a price point that is likely not possible if they were built in the U.S.

If anyone to blame, it's Bernanke. USA is on sale with his devaluation of the $ which includes US companies.

I understand the reasons for your Xenophobia, you have my sympathies and I might add ARGO..... It either sounds good or not irrespective of where it was made??
