The Raven SACDs

Does anyone know the difference between the following 2 SACD versions of Rebecca Pidgeon's "The Raven" SACD? One of my favourite SACDs.

The second version is stereo and multi-channel.

No. I have not heard either. But they probably sound the same in two channel mode.
