Sorry to say most of that stuff is throw away.
that is, it costs more to fix then replace.
No one would even LOOK at it without it costing you $100. just for the look. Add in whatever for repairs, IF the parts can be had, and you might as well just go buy another used one of similar type and save a lot of money and headaches.
(Like you spend $100 and get NOTHING for it but your broken JVC back)
Plenty of old great receivers out there for sale dirt cheap.
