| Who Has A BHK 250 & How Do You Like It? I too have the BHK pre and 250 combo, I would say neutral as well, I replaced some Ayre 5 series, that gear was warm . So far very happy. Revealing but not bright. As has been said many times it depends on what you pair it with. Good luck | |
| PS Audio or Ayre? Big ayre fan , had the whole 5 series set up for years. Thought it couldn’t get better, then went ps audio Bhk , a whole different level , by a large margin. Better on every aspect of the things you want from aa system. | |

| just an observation for comment alot of folks making great points. i too have had the occasional new record or reissue sound great, but as much bad as good, and at thirty to forty dollars a pop , with better tech. and materials at forty bucks i should be impressed more than 50% ... | |

| Sonus Faber Cremona vs. Cremona M again, I know i have the original cremonas, ayre gear. last year i swithched to the analysis plus silver ovals. that seem to balance things out. lots of detail but still smooth. very happy with this combo. | |

| Sonus Faber Amati Homage Vs B & W 802d i found the sonus faber a superior speaker, with in store auditions. ended up with cremonas due to the lack of funds . have also spoke with a few people that have come to the same conclusion, but opinions vary. good luck. | |

| ayre K-5xe anyone tried the mp upgrade well a couple of week into it now, all i can say without getting into a boatload of reviewer adjectives, the mp upgrade is well worth it ! more of everything we like. im very happy with the outcome. if you were on the fence get off and do it. best... |
