whats the best fluid for long lasting Lps.

whats the best fluid for long lasting Lps.
Ptaldorr, if you're committed to applying a preservative, the LAST Record Preservative seems to be least likely to do harm. But, my recommendation is to focus FIRST on excellent cleaning using one of the very effective record cleaning fluids such ...

The Aesthetix Io Signature phono stage: it made the music soar while making instruments palpably real. Then, again, with the arrival of the Walker Proscenium Gold Signature turntable. Pure alchemy like no other I've ever experienced..
Schnittke / Pettersson 2 late 20th century master
Bartokfan, thanks for the recommendations and the nice summary. It's good to hear from someone else who appreciates Pettersson's music. I have very little of Schnitke's work in my collection, I shall have to seek out some more of his work..
Scout w/Signature arm or Scoumaster w/standard ar
You can upgrade the VPI Scout/Scoutmaster from any point, but I'd recommend getting the best foundation first, which for me would be the turntable itself. Then look to upgrade the arm or add a motor controller (SDS or Walker) later. Bottom line fo...

Whoa! Just finished listening to William Alwyn's "Miss Julie" and I need to go do something else for a while. For those who don't know this piece, its a 2-act opera with just 4 performers, based on a play about class/love/lust, and the tragic inte...
