| Anthem vs Integra ARC in the MRX series only goes up to 5k and there are less filters. | |
| Anthem vs Integra Best bang for the buck is to use the Anthem MRX300 as a pre/pro. Getting ARC at that price point ($1k) is a real bargain. You can use the amps for surrounds or a second zone if you want. The ARC version has some limitations compared to the dedicate... | |
| what is the best sounding speakers for under 5000. I'm very interested in the Tempestra/Cirrus comparison as well. 3-way vs 2-way, inexpensive pre-built cabinet vs custom designed and built. Both use some of the best components available and have well built crossovers. | |
| what parasound 5 channel amp and Processor I've had a HCA-2205A for about 10 years, has been running continuously for most of that time. Great amp, the only problem I've had is the remote trigger stopped working a few years ago. | |
| Vandersteen Model 2 Why not ask the man himself, go to the technical info page on their website. | |
| Pre Pro advice. NAD T 187 or?? I'd just get a Denon 4311 or Anthem MRX 300 and use them as a pre/pro. You can use the amps for a second zone or for extra channels. | |
| Oppo 95-Integra 80.3 connection So why did you get a '95 instead of a '93 if you're not using the analog outputs? | |
| Center channel with in walls I had similar constraints. Have been using the Vienna Waltz for my CC, it's right at the high end of your budget, just under 8 inches tall if used horizontally . Very musical. I have Vandersteen 2Cs for my mains. |
