New D'Agostino Monoblocks...$250,000
I am sure that some of the pricing strategy is " charge what the market will bear" but remember the USA/global economies are minting new billionaires. The owners of the company I work for just bought a 150 yacht last year that must have cost at le...
Mono Blocks on a Budget, is it possible?
I will vote also for Odyssey mono blocks. He was at Axpona this year and his gear rates with the best. Magico uses his amps to voice their speakers!
Notable very small loudspeaker companies (other than Tekton!)
Source Loudspeaker Technologies from South Windsor CT. They are very under the radar but make great speakers. They have been around for 30 years. They don't do trade shows or advertise. Seems that their business model is OEM work, custom home inst...

My Audio Research experience
Thazeldean,You have had an unfortunate experience, seems like the dealer is more at fault than ARC. I'll bet if you called up ARC directly you could easily get to speak with someone in authority in the company, they are not that large a company. I...
Audio Research PH5 vs. LP1
I owned a PH5 for a year and loved it, just traded up to a PH7. I have 2 friends with a PH5 and they also report that they are very happy with it. One friend takes his PH5 and runs it through an ARC REF 1 and Pass monoblocks to top of the line Tyl...
Audio Research Factory Tour
Donc55,good question but I guess that in a 20 minute video you can;t show everything. The main point is that every piece is hand built and the construction is a labor intensive process. Maybe there are not a lot of employees at this plant but they...
