+1 for Sade
Popular DAC that is known for its warm-ish sound?
Regarding NOS DACs, this would be of use: http://https//www.superbestaudiofriends.org/index.php?threads/handss-non-oversampling-dac-comparison-master-list.4049/
Kinki Studio EX-M1
@benlzy curious to hear your thoughts on how the EX-M1 compares to the JOB integrated....
Best used integrated for under $5000
Missed the bit about built-in DAC and streamer.  Would suggest the Atom and Nova from NAIM - have heard both and they are exceptional.
Best used integrated for under $5000
Take a look at the LFD NCSE...
Micromega M-100/150 field reports
To confirm - is there no way to stream Tidal to the M100?
Amp for Boenicke W5
@toetapaudio Why specifically class D amplification for the W5?
DAC choice
More analog/natural sonic presentation (to my ears) than the others. Naturally, speaker pairing can influence one’s decision.  I have been using the Revel M106.
DAC choice
I chose the NAD M51 over the Auralic Vega, PS Audio PerfectWave II and RME ADI-2, all of which I bought, tried and sold.
Single box (Streamer + DAC+ Amplifier ) under $1000
NAD C368 with BlueSound module will do the trick.
Budget DAC/Preamp with Remote?
NAD M51 - been around for a while but I continue to be amazed at how it out-classes its more expensive modern rivals.
Kinki Studio EX-M1
@mikepowellaudio that's funny ... was just watching your DAC shootout videos yesterday.  Looking forward to the Kinki/CODA shootout.
DACs with a budget of $800
NAD M51 and you’re done.
Suggestions for Modifying/Upgrading my system
I owned the McCormack DNA 0.5 Deluxe at one point.  Ran them with a pair of Tyler Acoustics Taylo Reference monitors.  The combination was superb.
