Try calling your friendly, local, pro-music/guitar amplifier repair shop. Most SHOULD have a tube tester handy. It's prudent to ask, when their's was last calibrated.
There used to be a guy in Waterville, Ohio that serviced and restored old gear. He had a storefront a year or two ago, but that disappeared. I want to say it was called Black Swamp Audio, but I'm not sure.
