Clean Power without the drawbacks of Conditioning Filtering. Advice?

Hi-

From reading i see there is a lot of talk on the drawbacks of Conditioning filtering. Dynamics and freq. limitations etc.

I want to ask if there is a power strip+cord that are not filtering. I think i could possibly get away without conditioning.
From searching it looks like there are the cheapo strips that you don't want to use OR Conditioning strips.

Wondering if there is a good reliable strip that does not screw around with the sound and can also deliver to an 800w consumption tube amp.

Thanks!

@dumbeat - the best filtering is no filtering whatsoever, but that does not provide the best "clean power"

A lot of the noise in standard power cables is actually induced noise between the conductors inside the cables themselves.

This is where cable geometry comes into play.

More advanced cable geometries eliminate internal noise resulting in very clean power to the component.

I have tried many experiments and found that...
- Simply braiding the internal conductors of a power cables helps clean up noise.
- One of the best geometries I have built is the Helix Geometry - see

If you are not into DIY, then I would highly recommend power cables from KLE Innovations.

If you have a noisy household supply you need to address those issues up front before getting into cables and geometries. That may involve having suppressors fitted to noisy appliances by a licensed technician

also had a house-wide surge ssuppressor installed that seemed to prove beneficial as well, but that may be wishful thinking.

I have a very good household supply. Other than installing a dedicated line for my audio system I have taken no steps regarding filtration since I have no noise issues from household appliances.

I do use my own DIY distribution box that uses high grade outlets, like the one in this link (at the end)

Hope that helps
