What's in your CDP tonight? the minority report

I enjoy vinyl and digital (lately, with recent changes, vinyl actually sounds better than digital to me), BUT given what seems an overall preference for analog/vinyl on A'gon, I'm curious what the non-vinyl "1/2" is listening to. I tried to see if this was a previously posted question. Did not seem so.

This evening for me, it's Genesis (definitive edition remaster) "A Trick of the Tail".

Kasia Lins "take my tears" from linnrecords.com. Kind of jazzy, soulful...diggin it.
Now listening to some Hope Sandoval and the Warm Intentions "Through the Devil Softly". Gotta pick up the new Mazzy Star album this weekend.
Now listening to the self titled debut from Zee Avi. She has a great old school vibe to her music and vocal style. Give her a listen.
Ghosthouse, it was GREAT! I last saw them in 1991 @ The Backdoor in San Diego. They sounded tight, and invigorated last night. Of course I prefer their old stuff from Bread & Circus and Pale but the new stuff is good too. Their sound has definitely matured a bit.
Bummer about the new Neko Case cd. I was going to pick that CD up but will first try to listen to the samples on Amazon first.
Glad you enjoyed Zee Avi Mofi!

Here is one obscure one if you like Fiona Apple or Rachael Yamagata: Susie Suh. Her new album The Bakman Tapes is good!
Sophie Zelmani "Sing and Dance". Her voice reminds me of Mazzy Star (which is a good thing!)
Chillin to some Amos Lee before I head out to watch Toad the Wet Sprocket in concert. Haven't seen them since my college days. Pretty pumped m
Neil Halstead is also a good choice for chill. He was in the group Mojave 3.
Niiice Ghosthouse! I really like their older albums like Pale and Bread & Circus.

Tonight listening to one of my favorite bands Hem. Just saw them live last night at the Troubadour. Awesome, intimate show.
Mofimadness, thank you for the Alela Diane recommendation. She reminds me a bit of Mary Coughlan. I am going to buy her latest album from Amazon.

Great thread!
Lone Justice! Maria McKee!! I still have their cassette tapes. I'm going to soothe you baby! I am playing Lone Justice "Radio 1 Live in Concert".
Busted out with a little Willie Nelson "Stardust". Not a big country fan at all but Willie's voice sounds just so real on my system. Going to be picking up his new album "To All The Girls" on HD Tracks soon.
Damn Mofi! I thought Susie Suh was pretty damn obscure! You are a worthy musical opponent. :) I am going to have to really dig into my library now.
I busted out with Josh Rouse "The Happiness Waltz". Great mellow Sunday morning coffee music.
Listening to the new Natalie Merchant album. Will be following that up with debut album from London Grammar.
