Old Samsung bluray player I paid $20 free shipping about 7 years ago from eBay, feeding a Samsung smart tv via HDMI. It is output from the TV via Toslink to a $4500 DAC ( upsampled to 24/192)and onwards by XLR to my Ayre ax7e amp.
And yes it sounds good to my ears! |

CD on a Sony Discman fed into my main rig. Don't knock these lil gems until you have tried one! Battery power, small chassis, sidesteps a lot of issues large mains power players suffer from. |

I did find it at my LRS today but did not buy as it is on vhs, even I do not have one of those anymore!
I suppose I could use one of those services to transfer it to disc,not sure if it worth all that cost and trouble though. |
