Stanley Clarke, Beachland Ballroom, 1 March 2014, Cleveland OH. A great show in a very small venue by a truly nice guy with awesome talent.
Carl Palmer, 21 November 2014, Beachland Ballroom, Cleveland OH. We've seen several excellent acts in the past 12 months: Joe Bonamassa (2 November 2013, State Theater, Cleveland), Stanley Clarke, Tony Levin, Adrian Belew and Carl Palmer (those last 4 at Beachland Ballroom). Carl Palmer was the only one who received standing ovations for every song. Wow. We are still blown away.
King Crimson, Cleveland 11/24/17.  A totally awesome show.  Last saw them in 1982 at their first US gig after releasing Discipline.  Fripp and Levin have lost none of their chops.  3 drummers didn't hurt a bit, either. The hall was the Hard Rock Rocksino.  Smaller venue, maybe 1000 or so seats.  A great spot to see bands that benefit from smaller places.  Recommended!
Adrian Belew, Beachland Ballroom, Cleveland OH last night.  Second show of this tour, new album just released.  Too much material to cover here, but did a couple of the new tunes, a bunch of stuff from King Crimson's Discipline and Three of a Perfect Pair, a couple off Lone Rhino and more recent solo stuff, a Talking Heads medley and two very touching tributes to Bowie and Zappa.  Always a pleasure to see someone with such huge talent who loves music and has fun with it in a small venue!

And keep your ears on Julie Slick - she is really coming into her own and handled all the Tony Levin riffs with true aplomb.
