Mark Levinson 390S

Hi, I got a ML 390S, and it can be direct plug to power amp,

now my system is 390S > 38 > 332.

If I use 390S > 332, Ignore the 38, will the sound or performance better?

If your system is now 390s > 38 > 332 just remove the 38 and listen.

I own a 390S, 336 amp and a 38S preamp and I run the 390S directly into the amp. This means I have to disconnect inputs when I play a record or listen to the tuner but I've found the sound to be slightly more transparent.
As Nuno mentions, give it a try and see if you can hear a difference.
