Newbie here with a cable question

Hello all. For a couple years now I have been piecing together a McIntosh system and am ready to hook it up but I have no idea what cables I will need. I know it’s a broad question but, could someone tell me what I will need and what brand. Don’t want to break the bank but I still want high quality. ANY help, advice would be most helpful. I would just like to buy it and tuck it away for when I am ready to set it up. Here is my system:

Avid Acutus Turntable
McIntosh MC 275 IV tube amp
McIntosh C2200 tube pre amp
Mcintosh MCD 550 cd player

(still need to get speakers...thinking Martin Logan ElectroMotion ESL)
(also was told I should get a power system like Furman but no idea on this)

Thank you in advance guys, and again....I would appreciate ANY advice, model, brand you will give me.
My hope is to just make a list out of what you all tell me and just go buy it so I am all set when I am ready to hook everything up. Happy Holidays people.

Nice system.  A lot of good advice. I overspent on cables (although I bought used) - Transparent Reference. My suggestion is to go to the cable company or other dealer that will let you try them out first. Different cables do sound different w tubes vs SS gear, e g silver or copper wire.  Also DEFINITELY invest in power conditioning and power cables. Clean power = clean sound. Good luck!!
Thxs papafrgog on advice of power conditioner I was told for my setup I would not need one. I talked Chris Johnson President. of parts connection I"m new at this to me wire is wire I don't. know who to trust I definitely don't want to over spend on speaker. wire will balanced XLR connection help improve system thxs

You just need to listen
To wire
2 . buy the best you can spend.   So you don't have to buy again
3.  Mac says don't worry
About wire?,     its a great selling ploy.   If they say something like that. Sell
All the Mac stuff.
4. Plus at night it won't
Look like a disco floor in
Your  room when  audio
Is on.

Welcome! Chuck,

good advice from the panel. Best practice- listen to as many cables/cords

as you can to make an informed decision. There are many Mac owners here that can guide you on this journey.

Happy Listening!

I agree with robergerman, Anticables would probably do the trick. I use JW audio cables and my own raw material. Essentially solid core OFC wire, which I believe Anticables are.
