Just an observation.... in your mind no one other than you knows about wire directionality. Ever think its you who are wrong and there is no such thing? 

No, I never considered that I could be wrong. Why would I? That’s the advantage of knowing you’re right. Have you ever considered that you actually don’t know what the heck directionality is? 😬 There’s no need to answer. It’s a rhetorical question.

I applaud your honesty and recognizing your error! 

phillyb - Never fall for big $$$$ HDMI. If the cables is designed proper you Will not see a difference between $20.00 cable or a $500.00 HDMI. I owned many and I speak from experience. BlueJean HDMI are as good as any regardless of price.
