What batteries are you talking about? I know the preamp uses batteries, not the amp. Amazing sound.

I am going to have to experiment with cables, ac cords and my preamp and see how the sound changes. Some of my sources are not worthy of the Dart amp and it shows :( Any idea how much the mono blocks cost? I know they are out of reach, just curious. Thanks Alexandre.
