Elac Navis stand mount vs Kef LS50 wireless
@drumnman2 please share a link to the review you mention in Absolute Sound.  Looking and can't find.  Thanks.
Amp for LS50
@d2girls interesting you would say that about the Ragnarok, since you have the Yggy listed and that faired quite poorly from a noise perspective in a recent test I read.
Amp for LS50
@b_limo b_limo if you find yourself wanting a Ragnarok, I have one with a box that has been used very little.  Perfect condition that I'm willing to sell.  I'm buying a pair of actives so have no use for the Rag any longer.  ~Lance
KEF LS50 Wireless Internal vs External DAC ??
This was my original post but for some reason I was logged in as another user.  Really weird and scary that Audiogon has such a glitch:Why not try the new ELAC Navis and ditch the KEF LS50W altogether, since its active, can be wireless, but doesn'...
Looking for speaker recommendations
@justvintage I agree and have a cłean pair of Gershman AG’s with boxes should the OP be interested. @2tuby it's a great value for money speaker.
My daughter pushed my tweeter in-HELP!
Thank you everyone for the good advice.
Paul is Done
I rushed to buy tickets for his final show in Queens.  Can’t wait! Paul is an American original, legend and brought such a refined intelligent, lyricist and beautiful melodies to popular music.  He is a gem.  I love his recent work, too.
Any Spendor D9 owners out there?
If anyone ever stumbles on this thread and is looking to unload a pair of D7 or D9's, please PM me.
Jazz for aficionados
I will give some gems that most would not consider the obvious choices:Harold Vick - Steppin' Out.  I'm a big fan of Grant Green's and his playing on this is superb, as is the rest of the supporting rhythm section.Al Cohn & Zoot Sims - Body &a...
Anthony Bourdain dead at 61
@mickeyb surprised you say that about Anthony, or anyone else for that matter.  Isn't that part of the many reasons why music is such a powerful, visceral art form - precisely because it has the power to heal and comfort? At least is does for me. ...
Speaker recomendation
@ctsooner Thanks for re-posting.  I completely agree, listening is the only source of truth, but listening in your own home is 100x better than listening in a dealer's room.
Audiophile Active Speakers?
Looking to bump this thread to include new active speakers that anyone might have auditioned or purchase?  I'm too interested in thoughts on the Dynaudio, but the new version of the FocusXD60?  Or Avantgarde Zero or Kii system?  Also, the new Eiko...
Speaker recomendation
@hddg thank you!  I will look into the XTZ as I've not heard of them before.  I'm leaning towards the Avantgarde XD Zero right now as they seem to do a lot right for my space but haven't had the chance to listen to them yet.
Oyaide Cables
@shawbros3 could I speak with you about your purchase of the Avantgarde Zero's?  I'm seriously considering them but haven't yet heard as they don't have a NYC dealer at present.  Let me know!
Art Dudley Calls B.S. but without naming names - PLEASE DO!
@chrisoshea how funny you bring up MBL.  Just yesterday I was at a demo studio (Sensorium in NYC) listening to a pair with the source being Pappa Was A Rolling Stone, a 50's Bud Powell recording, Nathan Milstein's classic Bach partitas and a few o...
