Non Authorized Martin Logan Dealers

I am in the market for speakers. I had thought of the well reviewed PSB Imaging T3, but I found the female vocals to be veiled. The dealer (authorized) had Martin Logan Impression 11A. I was very impressed. The lack of box, vocals, adjustable bass with DSP and room correction. I am finding them available at 35%  discount by non-authorized dealers. I would like to hear from people about the speakers and the dealers.
My present speakers are Merlin VSM and I would like more bass extension, but I still love their midrange.

Just curious, where does a non authorized Martin Logan dealer get his speakers from? Obviously not from Martin Logan.

Are you sure you are actually buying Martin Logan made speakers?

Do the math.
Martin Logan sells the speakers to his authorized dealers for 60% of MSRP. plus shipping.
That leaves 40% minus the non authorized dealers 35% discount. WOW, the non authorized dealer is now working with 5%. Does that make sense to you.

@yyzsantabarbara ,

There is no way in hell the dealer the OP is thinking of buying from, can discount  a pair of Martin Logan Impression 11A speakers for 35% below MSRP and still make any money. At tops the guy has 5% left to work with. Even if the guy doesn't have any overhead to speak of how much of the $500 left will he pocket for his time?

If it sounds to good to be true, .....

I might be wrong but I highly doubt a non authorized dealer is buying the real deal brand name "A" stock product, not "B" stock, not refurbished stock,  for a wholesale price less than an authorized dealer buys it for.
