What's up with Soundstage Direct?

They have been my go to source for new music for years. In the past 8 months, orders have been very slow. E-mails and calls are very sketchy. Anyone else have thoughts here?

Was taking forever. Email, phone inquiries not returned (what a surprise, huh?). Finally stumbled on the SteveHoffman threads detailing the obvious death spiral of this company. Immediately launched PayPal dispute. Got my money back from PayPal about 10 days after launching the dispute. Whew!

So glad I acted fairly quickly and got my paypal refund.
