Interconnect with great dynamics and bass slam ,

I recently purchased some Cardas Golden cross sepaker cables. They replaced my Dh Lab Q10s. I replaced the Q10s because i was getting some upper mid freq brightness.
I have Golden Cross interconnects from preamp to amp and from cd player to pre amp. The sound is very smooth and detailed .The bass and mid bass is not as authorative or as tight. The highs are better - more detailed and smooth.
The problem is the sound is almost too smooth the bass is kind of rounded off now .The sound is less dynamic.
My Question is.
Is there an interconnect that could give me back that great bass and dynamics of that i had with the Q10s, without the harshness i was getting. I think i would like to keep the Golden Cross speaker cables and try changing the ICs. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

@c Isochronism,, Hi, Its good to see you!, I have read many of your post and enjoy what you have to say!,, Unfortunally, My Krell 700cx is at Krell right now getting renewed completly!, Its only 8 years old, but I had a bias issue, so what the hell, right!, after all the shipping cost that I am paying, I requested for the amp to come home as new so I want have to bother with caps etc.. latter down the road in a few years!, The JBLs are fine!, LOL!, I just do not get to hear them right now!,, Grey9hounds offer is outstanding!, If I had all my system here, I still would like to go!, forget the audio!LOL!,, Grey9hound is a real gentleman!, He is an awsome member and a asset to us all!,,You have tube componets in your system?,, I have a few questions if you do.,, thankyou Isochronism, happy listening!

@ grey9hound,, What an offer!, I would have to see if I can, right now it does not look good because of money, Krell may be tring to make me pay $400.00 for a fricken box with fitted foam for the Krell 700cx to be shipped back!, they puposely tore up my reuseable box with professional reuseable shipping material I already had shipped to them!, needless to say, I am very pissed off at the situation!, They may even try to discard the skidd I paid good money for and the rachet tie downs I used, One thing you can believe or my name is not audiolabyinth!, that shitt is not going to fly!, My carrier will not except the amp off the skidd or not rachet tie downed to the skidd, They will have to do what I want or I cannot get my amp back!,, now you see why my earlier post about krell was not good so far, I am hopeing that this issue will be resolved a.s.a.p. and all gos well from there!,, happy listening!

Yes, I have 300B's, 45's, tube Pre, tube Tuner. Lowther DX4's.
Sound's like a very fun get together!! My JBL's will not be used until I move some day. I did try them with a 40 watt SS some years ago.

Wow, I can't believe they made you build that that crate for shipping, then they want to charge you for a new shipping box. What the Hell?
I understand about the finances . It is going to take me a while to get caught up.I have spent money for a new Power Commander for My Vulcan 2000, Viking saddlebags, new diving board, and I had a problem with my sand filter spitting sand in the pool. I Found out the pipe for the laterals was broken. I bought a new valve and new laterals and pipe and put in new sand .
Now i am broke !
