Years ago, I tried an early version of Fidelizer (free version) on my laptop with an i7 processor. With Fidelizer running, the cooling fan was on high speed the entire time. I stopped using the app since since the unit got so hot. I was concerned about damaging the computer. I was only using it with Tidal. With the latest Pro version, does the fan kick in frequently?
Hot Dog! Fidelizer Pro! I love it!
I just installed Fidelizer Pro on my music PC. I play mostly 44.1/16 alacs through iTunes. Holy smokes. Feels like I just upgraded to a 5-figure DAC. (Using Wyred DAC1 with Wyred Recovery). System has a sense of vertical imaging (not just horizontal) for the first time, subtle, warm details previously unheard are now revealed. Granted, I may have been coming from a rather base setup before with just iTunes, but I did not expect anywhere near this upgrade for $69.
