What's up with Soundstage Direct?

They have been my go to source for new music for years. In the past 8 months, orders have been very slow. E-mails and calls are very sketchy. Anyone else have thoughts here?

BTW guys, I triple-checked all of my receipts and realized I had one more to deal with. Luckily my bank has a more liberal policy regarding (time) to make a claim. After their 60 days, SSD, did not respond to them at all. I got my refund.

Ordered an LP and after a month never received it. Left messages, sent emails and never returned messages. Finally got through and asked them to just cancel the order
