The best speaker you ever heard?

In my opinion, the speaker is by far the most important part of the audio system. After all, it is the only part you hear. OK, the other stuff really matters a lot, but without a great speaker... No go.

I am a bit 'speaker-obsessed' I guess, and now I am wondering: What are the best speakers you have ever heard, and what made them the best?

Sorry to digress on this thread, but I just have to ask Howard (since you won't reply to my emails) if he was the Howard Parr on the music credits from the move Mysterious Skin?
Perhaps you should email Harold Budd, as he is credited with the music on Mysterious Skin.

Nope, the trailor credits indicated Howard Parr music consultant, I believe. But thanks for the info... :)

Indeed, you are correct! However, it's Howard Paar, not Howard Parr.
