Speaker vibration isolation
Stevenwall’s post with the attached article certainly gives me pause. In any case, I am going to wait for d2girls report before committing. Thank you all for your interest in this matter, you’ve been most helpful.

So, if I am to understand the dialogue, Martin Logans currently spiked to suspended wooden floors should benefit by a decoupling agent like the Giai 2. Right?

Thank you very much for the prompt responses.

Thank you for the Vibrapod recommendation. I have Martin Logan’s 13a, which, I assume, is a whole different kettle of fish than push/ pull speakers if for no other reason that you don’t have the cabinet to consider when the vibration reflects. Yet...
What albums, in your opinion, sound unquestionably better on Vinyl rather than Digital?
Recently, I ordered Leonard Cohen’s vinyl “Old Ideas”. It came with a CD edition. It was surprising to hear the vinyl’s superiority.

Folkfreak, thank you for a prompt response. Specifically, I am curious as to whether Iso’s Gaia would significantly improve my system (yours is the stuff of dreams). I have Martin Logan speakers. I can only assume that unlike traditional push/ pul...

Looking for ideas - new mono blocks for stereo music
I’ve enjoyed the Krell 575 monoblocks for 6 months. Not a day goes by that I am not thoroughly happy with them. No problems with heat.
"The End of The Road"
After 45 years on the merry-go-round I finally settled on Martin Logan 13a, Don Sachs preamp, Krell 575 monoblocks, PS Audio DAC and Memory Player, power cables by Shuyanta and Krell, Liveline interconnects, and mmf 2.2 tt. Finished.

CDs Vs LPs
I recently purchased Leonard Cohen's excellent "Old Ideas". The vinyl album included the CD, so comparing the two mediums was accurate. No question, the vinyl is superior.
Thoughts on the most difficult instruments for speakers to reproduce?
