Sorry to see that Jimmy Scott passed away. R.I.P.
Anyone had any recent contact with Micromega?
You might want to give Audio Consultants in Evanston, IL a call as they are listed as a dealer.

Listening to a recent purchase - John Coltrane, "Soultrane." Just a regular reissue on vinyl on Prestige label. Never heard this recording before. It is excellent. Some really tuneful ballads and John plays marvelously. Recording is excellent too.

Frogman,I do not disagree with your assessment. I did not intend to imply that outside forces are the only or even key reasons for success. Agree that Miles "constantly forward-looking attitude" is a character trait that contributed to his greatne...
need help with outdoor system
One thing to mention, outdoor speakers are built to withstand rain, snow, etc. However, if you live in the Midwest or other areas of the country with cold winters, it makes sense to bring them in for the winter. They will last much longer. My Para...

Rok, I thought the following comment you made was thought-provoking and very true: "I am sure Miles et al. knew guys who deserved to be as great as they were, and I am sure they thought of them on their way to the bank. It's always been that way a...

If you have a server/DAC set up, you can run it through your AVR in zone 2 (most zone 2 configurations require an analogue input.)In my situation, I have a Wyred4Sound Music Server (that is controlled via IPad or Ipod), which runs via coax to my P...
