What's up with Soundstage Direct?

They have been my go to source for new music for years. In the past 8 months, orders have been very slow. E-mails and calls are very sketchy. Anyone else have thoughts here?

Their products are excellent, pricing is very competitive-- and the owner is "in the store." If anybody is on the fence, I would encourage you to give them a try. I know that I'll be back because I have been so happy with the products, service and pricing all along the way. Happy listening.
