Tekton Double Impacts

Anybody out there heard these??

I have dedicated audio room 14.5x20.5x9 ft.  Currently have Marantz Reference CD/Intergrated paired to Magnepan 1.7's with REL T-7 subs.  For the vast majority of music I love this system.  The only nit pick is that it is lacking/limited in covering say below 35 hz or so.  For the first time actually buzzed the panel with an organ sacd. Bummer.  Thought of upgrading subs to rythmicks but then I will need to high pass the 1.7's.  Really don't want to deal with that approach.

Enter the Double Impacts.  Many interesting things here.  Would certainly have a different set of strengths here.  Dynamics, claimed bottom octave coverage in one package, suspect a good match to current electronics.

I've read all the threads here so we do not need to rehash that.  Just wondering if others out there have FIRST HAND experience with these or other Tekton speakers

I saw your picture on the Tekton site, very impressive. I'm driving the Impact Monitors with a high powered class D amp; why are you dropping
the Kismets? That would seem to be a match made in heaven (unless you
got bitten by the tube bug)-

Pawsman, I need the space in my rack for other gear, so I am going back to a stereo amp. My house and listening room are small, wich is why I went the monitor/sub route( and LOVE it!). I might regret it as there was a big difference when I swapped the Khartago for the monos.

@pawsman: Thanks for your response. I've been wondering when someone would try the "Monitor" version of the Impacts or Double Impacts...It's good to hear that your setup is also working out very well. Keep us posted on your ongoing impressions.

@giantsalami if I could figure out how to do PMs on this site, I would like to discuss the Kismets if you are indeed thinking of selling them.
I'm talking with Klause now about the Stereo Kismet Reference. I'm also considering the Kismet tube pre-amp. It has an HT Pass-Through input so I could have the best of both worlds in that configuration. The problem then becomes how to integrate the sub in 2-channel mode and still have it available for LFE for the HT. That may be the deal breaker for that scenario.
